2015 Salary/Wage & Benefit Survey Open through July 31!
For 20 years FMA has collected and reported salary, wage, and benefits data exclusively for the metal processing, forming, and fabricating industry. The survey results offer a detailed look at compensation for 67 production and administrative positions. Benefits information for hourly and salaried workers is also included.
Survey results will allow companies to evaluate compensation and benefit packages against others in the industry. Reporting comparisons will be made based upon demographic similarities such as size, location, sales volume, area population, and type of company.
