Thirty-four participating companies contributed anonymously in the areas of liquidity, profitability, asset management, debt management, and operational benchmarking, as well as value proposition and marketing effectiveness. The results offer comparisons based upon company size, sales volume, geographic region and plant square footage. 

The 2012 survey was revised with input from the 2011 participants. This year formulas and examples were added for each question to assist survey takers in reporting their information. Also an appendix with more detailed response ranges for some of the questions is included in the results.
